Day in the life of a College Athlete

This is what ASU tennis player, Zoë Gubbels, goes through every day as a Student Athlete at a good Division 2 school. 

This video shows you my morning routine, getting ready for school and have practice afterwards. 


This is pretty much the schedule of 2019/2020 year in a nut shell:


6:45AM                       Alarm

7:25AM                       Leave with teammates to campus for morning weights

7:45 - 9AM                 Gym Workout & Protein smoothie

9:30 - 10:45AM         Class

10:45 - 12:30             Free time = Film, Lunch & change clothes for practice 

12:30 - 3:15PM         Class

3:30 - 5:45PM           Tennis practice

5:45 - 6:15PM           Training-room, where we get the treatment after practice.

6:30PM                       Home = Shower, Dinner, Homework 

10/11PM                    Bedtime

Clean Pull (Hang)           3X5

Depth Drops                     3X4

Shuffle Med Ball Toss   3X5 each


Trapbar Deadlift             3X6

Chin Ups                            3X5

Incline Y's                          3X10


DB Incline                         3X8 each

DB Step Ups                     3X8 each
